The Beginning: 1997
Manjar’s story begins in the fields of southern Spain, where our grandfather in 1997 first cultivated fruits and vegetables as a lifelong passion — a place where family gathered, worked the land together, and celebrated the joy of good food. From early vineyards pressed by foot to today’s orange groves supplying local markets, our roots in agriculture run deep.

Manjar: 2025
In 2022, Daniel and Diego met while studying at University in the UK, where a shared passion for food and culture quickly brought them together. What began as a friendship rooted in culinary curiosity soon turned into collaboration — from selling fresh produce across Spain to working alongside established names in the food industry.

By 2025, their vision took shape: to bring the authentic flavours of Spain to the United Kingdom. Building on the deep-rooted relationships forged over years with trusted producers, they founded Manjar — a company born of heritage, driven by quality, and committed to bridging the gap between Spain’s rich culinary traditions and London´s finest restaurants.
