Each of our products is frozen using Japanese immersion freezing technology, which submerges food in an extremely cold refrigerant liquid with far greater cooling capacity than air-based systems.
Unlike traditional European shock freezing, it freezes food up to 120 times faster, minimizing ice crystal formation and preserving freshness, flavour, and texture.
It also eliminates the need for thawing, as the meat can be removed from the freezer just 1 minute before cooking.
Thanks to the tiny ice crystals formed, the meat’s structure and water content remain intact, ensuring quick, even cooking and a superior culinary experience with minimal preparation time.
